1 can of black beans rinsed and drained

1/4 med onion chopped

1/4 cup of green pepper chopped

3 cloves of garlic

1 lb of ground beef / turkey/ pork or chicken

1/4 cup of ground psyllum husk

1 pack of  favorite burrito seasoning

Put onions, garlic in a pan with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cook until translucent.  Add green peppers and the ground meat.   brown.    While the meat is cooking, take the beans and puree them in a food processor with no liquid.   I know it looks nasty.. just stay with me!   Then add those dreaded psyllum husks.  I promise you will never know they are there!  They add lots of fiber to your meal.  And we can all use extra hidden fiber!!!!    blend in the husks.   Once the meat is brown, if excess fat, drain.  Add in the beans and husks, the seasoning packet and however much liquid it calls for on the packet.  (I normally add a cup of water).   Cook for 5 minutes..   Voila!   Add topping as you like!
